Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipments can be delivered over the weekend. An Adult signature is required. We will communicate with you via email if any delays are experienced due to high volume or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates calculated based on number of bottles purchased. All shipping is discounted from 30 – 60%.

Delivery delays may occur due to local conditions encountered by the shipper.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be limited to locations where adult signature is available.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking number for shipment will be provided if requested.

Customs, duties, and taxes

All taxes and shipping charges are included in the invoice and amount billed. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, etc.).

Damages

Wedgewood Vintners is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Wedgewood Vintners will work with you to maintain customer satisfaction.

Returns Policy

If you receive a spoiled bottle, please contact us at info@wedgewoodvintners.com and it will be replaced at no cost to you.
