Description

This unique wine has become a new favorite. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Merlot and Petit Verdot. A rich, easy to drink wine that spends a year in stainless and then at least 18 months in oak to mature. This is a wine that will age nicely. It has a deep, dark color and robust flavor. Black currants and blackberries mix with blueberries and spice to create an intriguing bouquet and a moderate to full mouth feel with a luscious, fruity taste. This wine becomes drinkable surprisingly early, given the fruit it contains. The tannins are present, and are softening, but will further soften with age. After their first experience with this blend, most people come back for more.
