Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed as soon as possible with the goal of within 3 business days

Shipments can be delivered over the weekend. Adult signature will be required. We will communicate with you via email if any delays are experienced due to high volume or other unforeseen circumstances
with the shipper.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the number of bottles purchased. Depending on the amount purchased, shipping may be discounted. Delivery delays may occur due to local conditions encountered by the shipper. Please be advised no shipments will be made if there is the chance of excessive heat or freezing temperatures.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be limited to locations where adult signature is available.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
Tracking number for shipment will be provided if requested.

Customs, duties, and taxes:
All taxes and shipping charges are included in the invoice and amount billed. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, etc.).

Damages:
Wedgewood Vintners is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Wedgewood Vintners will work with you to maintain customer satisfaction.

Returns Policy:
If you receive a spoiled bottle, please contact us and it will be replaced at no cost to you.
